Dingo

Featured adoption

Meet Dingo! He is 80% puppy and 20% ears! Dingo is a 1 year old Shepherd mix and has yet to grow into his ears. He loves to play with other dogs and absolutely loves kids. He is a great alarm clock and enjoys getting his 2-legged foster siblings out of bed in the morning. He plays hard and loves to snuggle when he is worn out.

Dingo caught on to potty training fast and is doing great in his crate. He is still a puppy and is working hard to not jump on people. He takes redirection very well and has been working on learning commands.

Dingo is a clumsy goofball who gets carried away while playing and will sometimes run into things. He is a sweetheart that would love to find his forever family. If you are interested in meeting Dingo, fill out an application ASAP!

Please Keep In Mind…

The adoption fee for all dogs listed depends on the breed, age, vet care, cost to pull from the kill shelter, de-worming medicine, flea medicine, etc. The adoption fee BARELY covers all of the previous mentioned expenses. Please do not ask for us to lower the fee.

The dogs listed on this site are located at various foster homes throughout Ohio. We do not have a shelter therefore anyone wishing to visit one of our dogs must first complete an application and be an approved adopter for that dog.

Please make a note that the majority of the dogs are being kept in or around Lorain County, Ohio. We do not transport our dogs, you would need to come to Grafton, Ohio to a boarding facility that graciously allows us to use their facility to meet and possibly adopt any of our dogs.

You must be a minimum of 23 years old to adopt.

All adopters must fill out an application, NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!

Adoption Application

We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for any reason if we feel the needs of the dog will not be properly met or the adoption is not in the best interest of the dog.

Please make sure you completely fill out the application before submitting it to us.
Missing information will delay the process and false information will result in your application automatically being denied.

The application and adoption processes are designed to match appropriate homes with appropriate dogs. While many dogs may be attractive to the eye, we are very careful to understand the lifestyle of each adopter since we clearly understand the individual needs of dogs in our care.

We do not ship dogs; we require that the applicant come to meet the dog and us before an adoption will be finalized. We adopt out to renters, to those living out of state but at this time we are unable to adopt out to someone who rents and lives out of state. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our goal is to place dogs in happy, forever homes where the adopting party and dogs are both winners.

**** MOBILE USERS: Some applicants have issues when trying to submit the online application from their mobile phones or tablets. To avoid these issues, we recommend completing the application on a computer or downloading the application and emailing it to the rescue. *****
